Kaoru Ito has worked for Japan's most famous long-established Japanese confectionery company for 45 years.
Since then, he has held Japanese sweets classes overseas at the request of the Japanese Embassy in Beijing, the Consulate of Shanghai, and the Taiwan Friendship Exchange Association, and has been spreading the appeal of Japanese sweets not only in Japan but also in multiple countries overseas.

Kaoru Ito worked for 45 years at Japan's most famous long-established Japanese confectionery company.
He has been making sweets for over 30 years at factories in Tokyo and Kyoto.
Afterwards, his experience as a skilled confectioner was highly evaluated and he was selected to work in the public relations department, where he devoted to promote "Wagashi"(Japanese sweets) and even appeared on TV programs.
After his retirement, he held Japanese sweets classes overseas at the request of the Japanese Embassy in Beijing, the Consulate of Shanghai, and the Taiwan Friendship Exchange Association, and continued to convey the appeal of Japanese sweets both domestically and internationally, not only in Japan but also in multiple countries overseas.

Cancellation policy

Our cancellation policy allows for a full refund if you cancel your booking 7 days before the experience date. Please contact before 05:00 PM (JST).

・Changes to the schedule are not allowed after the cancellation policy is applied.
If you wish to make changes to the schedule or the number of guests before the cancellation policy applies,
please cancel your reservation and then rebook.
・Please note that depending on your chosen payment method, a money transfer fee may be deducted from the refund amount.

Guest requirements

・Children 10 years old and up are welcome to attend if they are willing to pay the same fee as adults .
・Minors under 18years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian over 18 years of age.
