・This is a precious experience, reserving the tea ceremony room and private room in the authentic 100-year-old Sukiya-style Japanese mansion, where you can deeply feel the craftsmanship of the palace carpenters, the air of the Japanese house, and the taste of Japanese culture.

・In this house filled with the best of Japanese culture, you will enjoy a "Kaiseki" course  featuring a unique dish called "Karasumi Soba,"  which is made of freshly beaten buckwheat noodles and karasumi (dried mullet roe) made using an ancient Japanese technique, that allows you to experience the changing seasons with all your senses.

・The unique dish will be paired with sake filled with the producer's passion.

・The experience will be held in an authentic Sukiya-style tea ceremony room, or a private room with full of  Japanese atmosphere.
